The leftovers of natural luxury stone are used for paving? Here you go!

Most of the legendary treasures come from the underwater dragon palace, where there is countless wealth and gold and silver jewelry.
Legends are legends. Where do the real treasures come from? The answer is under the earth.
There are countless treasures buried deep in the earth, including natural luxury stones with gorgeous patterns, crystal clear jade, and dazzling gold and silver.
The reasons for their formation are complicated, and the time is unimaginable.
Perhaps they appeared at the same time as the earth. Methods to control the growth of mineral deposits or not, so we call them non-renewable resources.

Natural ore buried deep in the ground↓

Natural ores are non-renewable resources, and their production is decreasing or limited. Facing this reality, people are constantly doing scientific research and development, with the aim of making artificial stones replace some natural ores, regardless of color, material, or form. Do keep trying and trying.

The stone crushed stone waste generated during the mining and processing of natural ores not only occupies a large amount of land resources, but also seriously damages the natural ecological environment, becoming a bottleneck for the sustainable development of the stone industry. So can their leftovers be recycled? The answer is yes. The leftovers of the ore have also been developed and produced by the domestic team, and then inorganic binders and cement are added to finally form inorganic stones.

Match aggregates according to design color → add inorganic binder and cement → stir materials evenly → vacuum high frequency/high pressure vibration
→ block forming → demolding maintenance → gang saw cutting → processing surface (polishing/Flamed/others/inspection)
→ Specifications deep processing (edge trimming/engraving/modeling/inspection) → protection, layout inspection, packaging

Blocks are shaped in boxes

Specifications of the block “box”:

○The cut inorganic artificial stone

After the surface treatment is done, the inorganic stone is born.

Inorganic stone filters out the toxic and radioactive substances that are harmful to the human body during the production and processing process, making it a truly recyclable green decorative material.
It has the following advantages:

The research and development process of inorganic stone is extremely difficult.
In order to protect the environment, it will make full use of waste materials and reprocess them into new scientific and technological materials.
This is also one of the few environmentally friendly materials produced on a large scale in China, just like we introduced in the previous issues.
The British Foresso board, the Swiss BOLON, more and more environmentally friendly recycled materials in the world are discovered by more designers.

Conor Taylor and they observed that in many big cities, in order to maintain the appearance of the city, the trees in the urban area are often pruned, and a lot of waste wood is produced in the process.

Due to the light-transmitting properties of jade itself, the inorganic stone slab looks more gorgeous and dazzling under the illumination of light.

We can clearly see the luster of its special mother-of-pearl from the inorganic stone of shell aggregate. Break the shell and add inorganic binder and cement to form shell inorganic stone.

The crystal clear glass can be broken into irregular pieces, or it can be cut and integrated with the inorganic stone. When you hold the slightly flickering glass luster in your hand, it is light and shiny.

The regular copper strips and wavy patterns are used as the frame, poured with cement and inorganic adhesives, and after cutting, they show a tough style exuding from the metal, with a tough sense of order.

Pottery brick is a very ancient handicraft. It is mysterious and warm, and its combination with the new material inorganic stone brings a new feeling to the eyes. It is more like a meeting spanning thousands of years.

Precautions

① All base surfaces for construction should be maintained. The construction base surface should be flat and firm, and other substances that may affect the adhesion such as dust and laitance should be removed.
The base layer should be free of loose matter or substances that affect the adhesion of the inorganic terrazzo subsequently laid.

② In order to ensure the success of the inorganic terrazzo pasting process, it is recommended to use the hard and thin pasting method instead of the traditional semi-dry and wet pasting method.
Inorganic terrazzo is a moisture-sensitive material. After the environment is wet and water, it will cause deformation and warping of inorganic terrazzo and hollowing out.
Due to the semi-dry-wet construction, in order to ensure that the wet mortar layer and the base do not appear hollow, it is necessary to disperse water or make an interface before laying.
In this way, the water content of the ground will be very large, coupled with the water in the semi-dry and wet cement sand layer, the inorganic terrazzo is prone to deformation, warping and hollowing.
If the semi-dry and wet method is used, the caulk will easily become dirty and black due to excessive water vapor, which will affect the apparent effect.

③ When the inorganic terrazzo is pasted on the wall, because the adhesive is cement-based adhesive, the adhesive strength has a process of gradually strengthening.
Calculated according to the height of the paste layer of 2.8-3 meters, so the bottom 2-3 layers should be pasted first according to the size of the inorganic terrazzo.
After 24 hours, the strength of the tile adhesive will rise, and then continue to paste the inorganic terrazzo upward.

④ Do not construct when the base surface is lower than 5 degrees (the temperature of the base surface is 4-5 degrees lower than room temperature).

⑤ It is not recommended to apply stone protective agent on the pasting surface of inorganic terrazzo to avoid affecting the pasting effect.
